Our Firm's Commitment During This Challenging Time

We are working. We are practicing social distancing so the office is open on a very limited basis because we are taking precautions to protect our clients and ourselves.

If you call, you are probably going to speak with our answering service. They will send us an email with your message. Please feel free to email us directly at [email protected] or [email protected].

If you have traveled in the past 14 days or have been in contact with someone who has traveled, even if you do not exhibit any symptoms, we request that you conduct your consultation by phone or conference call, and if you have a smart phone, tablet or computer with a camera, we can conduct your consultation remotely using Zoom. Just let us know and we¹ll set it up.

If you do come in, please know that we sanitize our conference table, chairs and door handles after each meeting. We wash our hands frequently and have hand sanitizer available as well.

Because of electronic filing, we can still file documents with the Courts. Most hearings and bankruptcy creditors meetings will be rescheduled; however, some will take place electronically. We are receiving updates from courts and trustees on a frequent basis. If you are a current client, you will be advised of any changes.

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance as we navigate our new normal together.
